Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.

Also featured in this new document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.

More documentation released as part of the current investigative process.
